What is writing practice?
Essentially, it is the unconditional acceptance of your own minds, thoughts, and voices. Rather than evaluation or critique, we offer wholehearted attention - to one another, ourselves, and our work. We write, unedited, in the moment, and share our words aloud; our offering is received, and given a place to land. Like many transformative practices, this one is simple and profound. Suitable for writers of all levels, this experience will wake you up and give you a strong push in the direction you want to go.
“I felt very grounded and supported in this workshop. Love the meditation in the beginning and the way it was hosted. I feel it really was just about the writing and it's not too overcomplicated.” - Yasmin
“I was scared to commit and also suffering somewhat from impostor syndrome. I am so glad I took the plunge. Doing your course during lockdown has been one of the best decisions I made in these strange times. It has definitely helped me trust myself creatively in a new way and has helped me focus once a week on a peaceful practice.” - Juliet
